Q1. Is there a fee for on-site appraisals or estimates?

Q3. Can I sell a car that still has a loan on it?

YesWe can also discuss vehicles with outstanding loan balances.We will carefully guide you on whether you can sell your vehicle after confirming the outstanding balance, appraisal value, and owner's name. In some cases, ownership transfer may be required.

Q4. Can you buy cars that have been in accidents, are broken down, or have expired inspections?

YesWe also handle inquiries about accident vehicles, broken-down vehicles, and vehicles with expired inspections.Depending on the vehicle's condition, we will confirm and guide you through the possible options, such as purchase, pick-up, or disposal procedures.

Q5. How long does it take from appraisal to purchase?

A. We will adjust the appraisal date to suit your convenience. If you are satisfied with the appraised value, we can proceed with confirming necessary documents, contract, payment, and pick-up. If you are in a hurry, please call us to discuss.

Sales and purchases

Q6. We don't have the car model you're looking for in stock, but can you place a special order for it?

YesAuction proxy serviceWe can handle that. We are members of major domestic used car auctions such as USS, TAA, CAA, BayAUC, Hanadai, and Tau. If you tell us your desired car model, year, and budget, we will find a vehicle that meets your conditions from our nationwide auction network.

Q7. Can I take a test drive?

YesIf there is a vehicle in stock on the showroom floor, we can let you test drive it.If you wish to test drive a vehicle, please contact us in advance by phone or through our inquiry form. We will inform you after confirming the vehicle's availability.

Business hours are9:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Open Year-Round(Holidays are irregular). Business negotiations, contracts, in-store appraisals, and test drives are allUsed car dealership (326-2 Naka-Ogino, Atsugi-shi, 243-0202)We will handle it. Also,Headquarters (1911 Kami-Ogino, Atsugi-shi, 243-0201) is a vehicle storage location.We do not handle customer visits at our location. Please call us before visiting for a smoother experience.

Can you give me a ride to the nearest station?

Yes.If you contact me in advance, I will pick you up at the nearest station.We will pick you up. You can come to our store with peace of mind even if you don't have a car. Please feel free to ask.


Procedures and Payment

Q12. Are there any fees for procedures such as a change of name?

A. Name change, deregistration, etc.We will support you with the paperwork.We will clearly explain the procedure costs at the time of the estimate and proceed after obtaining your understanding.

Q13. What are the payment methods?

Q14. Will the appraised value be lowered after the contract is signed?

We will also not make persistent sales calls.
